12-34 Performance Tests
This procedure tests the linearity of the HP 3324A
triangle wave output. As the triangle and ramp outputs
are generated by the same circuits, this procedure
effectively tests the ramp linearity also.
High-speed DC Digital Voltmeter
Resistor, 2Ofi l/4 W 1%
Resistor, 30R l/4 W 1%
BNC-to-Triax
1. Connect the HP 3324A and the high-speed voltmeter
through the divider as shown in Figure 12-9.
