• When this signal is turned on, the setting values written into the above remote
registers (RWw) are reflected to the high-speed counter module. After the
setting values are reflected, CH Setting change completed (Sampling
counter/Periodic pulse counter) (RX27, RX3F) turns on. (For the overview of
