Analyzing a track
If you import tracks from your PC/Mac to your rekordbox Collection (the screen that displays
the list of tracks managed by recordbox), the tracks are analyzed and you can use them with
rekordbox.
1 Click [Collection] in the tree view.
The list of tracks in [Collection] is displayed.
2 Open Finder or File Explorer, then drag and drop tracks or
folders containing tracks to the track list.
The tracks are added to [Collection] and the analysis of the tracks starts.
• Wait until analysis of all the tracks is complete.
• If you load a track which hasn't been analyzed to a deck, it may take some time to display
its BPM and waveform.
• It may take some time to analyze tracks, depending on how many there are.
Loading a track to a deck
1 Turn the rotary selector to highlight a track in [Collection].
2 Press the rotary selector.
The track is loaded to the deck.
