• Check if you've selected a crate or subcrate that doesn't include tracks. If so, select a crate
or subcrate that includes tracks, or add tracks to the crate or subcrate.
 Tracks from iTunes aren't displayed in the library.
• If no check mark is placed in the check box for [Show iTunes Library] on the [Library +
Display] tab of the [SETUP] menu, mark the check box. If a check mark has been placed
in the check box, remove it and mark the check box again. For details on how to import
audio files, refer to the Serato DJ Pro software manual (page 6).
• Check if you've selected a crate or subcrate that doesn't include tracks. If so, select a crate
or subcrate that includes tracks, or add tracks to the crate or subcrate.
 Audio files in the library can't be edited.
• If [Protect Library] is enabled on the [Library + Display] tab of the [SETUP] menu,
disable it.
 The virtual deck of Serato DJ Pro isn't displayed (offline player
is displayed).
• Connect the supplied USB cable correctly (page 36).
• Update Serato DJ Pro to the latest version.
 Fader Start doesn't work.
• Set a cue.
• Enable the Fader Start function in the Setting Utility (page 33).
 BPM isn't displayed / Sync/Auto Loop doesn't work.
• Mark the check boxes for [Analysis Settings] and [Set Beat Grid/BPM] in the offline
player setting, then analyze tracks. For details on how to analyze tracks, refer to the Serato
DJ Pro software manual (page 6).
 BPM and beatgrid aren't displayed correctly / Beatgrid isn't
accurate.
• Change the BPM analysis range, then analyze the track again. If it doesn't resolve the
problem, manually set the beatgrid and/or BPM.
• Adjust the beatgrid. For details on how to adjust the beatgrid, refer to the Serato DJ Pro
software manual (page 6).
