Checking the audio settings
1 Click [Preferences] and check if the [Audio] settings are set
as follows in rekordbox.
• For Mac:
— [Audio] : [DDJ-REV5]
— [Output channels] :
[Master Output] : [DDJ-REV5: MASTER + Audio device name in Mac]
[Headphones Output] : [DDJ-REV5: PHONES]
• For Windows:
— [Audio] : [DDJ-REV5 ASIO]
— [Output channels] :
[Master Output] : [DDJ-REV5 ASIO: MASTER + Audio device name in PC]
[Headphones Output] : [DDJ-REV5 ASIO: PHONES]
• When [PC MASTER OUT] (the function that outputs the master sound from the PC/
Mac speakers, which is turned on by default) is turned off, [Master Output] in the
[Audio] settings is automatically set to [DDJ-REV5: MASTER] (for Mac)/[DDJ-REV5
ASIO: MASTER] (for Windows).
• If you don't want to output the master sound from the PC/Mac speakers, click
the upper right corner of the rekordbox screen to turn it off.
