Greasing the steering head bearing

Tighten screws
Guideline
Screw, bottom triple clamp

Repeat these steps on the opposite side.
–
Tighten nut
Guideline
Nut, steering stem
–
Position the handlebar support.
–
Mount and tighten screws

Position the handlebar with handlebar clamps.
–
Mount and tighten screws

Screw, handlebar clamp
–
Position the fuel tank breather

Position the brake caliper, fit and tighten the screws
Guideline
Screw, front brake caliper

Position the brake line. Put the clamp on, and mount and tighten screws
–
Install the front fender. (
–
Install the start number plate. (
–
Install the front wheel. (
–
Check that the wiring harness, throttle cables and brake line have freedom of move-
ment and are routed correctly.

Check play of steering head bearing. (

Remove the lower triple clamp. (

Install the lower triple clamp. (
