Obtaining an RMA Number Using Your My AE Portal
Account
To obtain an RMA number using your My AE Portal account, proceed as follows:
1. Make a note of the serial number (SN) and part number (PN) listed on the
product label.
2. Go to https://www.myaeportal.com, and log in to your account.
3. Select Return Material Authorization.
4. Complete and submit the RMA form.
Obtaining an RMA Number Using the Online Form
To obtain an RMA number using the online form on the Advanced Energy web page,
proceed as follows:
1. Make a note of the serial number (SN) and part number (PN) listed on the
product label.
2. Go to
Request Form.
3. Provide the required information. Required fields are marked with asterisks.
4. Click Next step to continue to the next page of the form.
5. Click Submit when you complete the form.
Obtaining an RMA Number From Your Advanced Energy
Customer Advocate (CA)
To obtain an RMA number from your CA, proceed as follows:
1. Make a note of the serial number (SN) and part number (PN) listed on the
product label.
2. Go to
regional Advanced Energy office.
3. Ask for a CA.
The CA helps you to complete the RMA request and provides you with an
RMA number.
Obtaining an RMA Number by Email
To obtain an RMA number by email, proceed as follows:
