Action
If the part is a CRU, replace it. If the part is a microprocessor or the system board,
the part must be replaced by a trained technician.
1. Clear CMOS memory; then, power on the system again.
2. If the problem recurs, see "Recovering the server firmware (UEFI update failure)"
on page 65 for more information.

Action
Remove the drive that is indicated by the diagnostic tests; then, run the hard disk
drive diagnostic tests again. If the remaining drives are recognized, replace the drive
that you removed with a new one.
Remove the hard disk drive that was being tested when the server stopped
responding, and run the diagnostic test again. If the hard disk drive diagnostic test
runs successfully, replace the drive that you removed with a new one.
Reseat all hard disk drives and cables; then, run the hard disk drive diagnostic tests
again.
