Cause
Power Supply Unit other than
CK3W-PD048 is being used.
CK3W-AX Unit failure
Internal 24 V power is not be-
ing input to the CK3W-AX Unit
due to a failure of the Unit to its
left.
The wiring is incorrect.
The connected device is faulty.
The settings are incorrect.
Input waveforms are not within
the specified range.
The frequency of the input sig-
nal is not within the specified
range.
CK3W-AX Unitfailure
The wiring is incorrect.
Power Supply Unit other than
CK3W-PD048 is being used.
CK3W-AD Unit failure
Internal 24 V power is not be-

Corrective action
Check the Power Supply Unit model.
Replace the CK3W-AX Unit.
Replace the Unit to the left of this Unit.
Check that the wiring is correct.
Replace the connected device.
Correct the settings.
Review the connected device and wiring so that
input waveforms are within the specified range.
Adjust the frequency to within the specified range.
Replace theCK3W-AX Unit.
Check that the wiring is correct.
Check the Power Supply Unit model.
Replace the CK3W-AD Unit.
Replace the Unit to the left of this Unit.
Check that the wiring is correct.
Correct the settings.
Make sure that the followings are within specifica-
tions.

Length
•
Wire type (twisted-pair and shielded)
Replace the connected device.
Replace the cable.
When Gate3[i].Chan[0].Status[26] is 1, this is a
temporary error in the internal memory. Cycle the
power supply.
Replace the CK3W-ECS Unit.
Replace the Unit to the left of this Unit.
Check that the wiring is correct.
Correct the settings.
Make sure that the followings are within specifica-
tions.
