Status Data
When you send a command position to the Galvo Scanner, the status data will be sent from the Galvo
Scanner to the CK3W-GC Unit.
For details on the status data, refer to the Galvo Scanner specifications.
Parity bits are added to the status data.
In order to check that communications are in progress successfully, use a user program to check
whether the parity is correct.

SL2-100 Interface
The SL2-100 Interface establishes communications for connecting the Galvo Scanner of SCANLAB
GmbH and the Controller.
This section describes the functions of the SL2-100 Interface.
Signal Descriptions
The SL2-100 Interface carries the XY-axis and the Z-axis signals that move the Galvo Scanner re-
spectively in the vertical and horizontal directions and in the height direction.
