4.3.5.2 Cleaning the Trackball: CCK-1060
[Required Tools]
The tools shown in the following table are required for replacement work.

1 Soft dry cloth
Before conducting replacement work, turn OFF the circuit breaker for the power supply of the
display unit.
Step 1 Remove the ball.
Rotate the stopper in the direction of the triangle marks (counterclockwise) on the periphery of
the ball in the TOPU, and release the lock of the ball. Remove the ball together with the stopper on
the periphery.
Step 2 Clean the inside.
Clean the ball and the inside of the ball stand with a soft dry cloth. After cleaning them, reinstall
the ball assembly by repeating the same procedure in the reverse order. Don't forget to tighten the
stopper.
Never use thinner, alcohol, benzine, alkaline detergents and bleach. Using them will cause
malfunction.
