To remove the phone from the Desk Elevation Stand:
1. Disconnect the telephone line plug from the telephone.
2. Hold the telephone, with the stand upright, perpendicular to the desk.
Push down firmly on the Desk Elevation stand at the point where the top legs join

The top legs release from the slots.
4. Once the top legs are released, gently pull the bottom legs from the slots.

Rotate the tab

Re-insert the tab into
the opening with the
projection
at the edge of the
