10.11 Calibration Procedures (CH1): Resistance (source)

Perform the calibration as follows:
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment
specified in Table 10-1; for example see
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on).
3. Use the calibration menu (Ref:
two-point calibration for each of the following ranges:
• Range: 0-400 Ω
• Range: 400Ω-2000Ω
• Range: 2000Ω-4000Ω
5. Check the calibration is correct:
• Select the Resistance (source) function (Ref
2.11).
• Apply the input values applicable to the calibration
(Ref: Table 10-13).
• Check the error is within the specified limits (Ref:
Table 10-13).
