DSA3200-PTP
Configuration Variables
Configuration Variables control the way the DSA-PTP functions. The variables are assigned to one of several groups: SCAN
(LIST S), CALIBRATION (LIST B, LIST C, LIST H, LIST L, LIST N, LIST LIMIT), IDENTIFICATION (LIST I), IP (LIST IP), FTP (LIST FTP),
PTP (LIST PTP) or PRESSURE (LIST D, LIST O, LIST G, and LIST Z). Each variable is assigned a "data type" description.

32
integer
Scan variables (List S)
This sets the number of raw samples to acquire before producing a averaged output.
BIN
0 or 1
0
integer
Scan variables (List S)
Sets the format of the data packet output.
1 = Binary
0 = ASCII
CVTUNIT
any real number
1.0
float
Scan variables (List S)
Unit conversion factor. This converts the calibrated units to the requested scan units. This
value can be set directly or by setting the UNITSCAN variable to the desired unit.
CVTUNIT will be set whenever UNITSCAN is set. It may be set independently without set-
ting UNITSCAN. If a user wants to have CVTUNIT set to a different variable from UNITSCAN,
UNITSCAN must be set first.
