Handling alarms and errors

In the event of an error, the charging station automatically performs error diagnostics.
Depending on the nature of the error, the charging station issues different alarm messages. A
list of all messages and how to correct the error can be found under "Alarm messages in the
alarm history (Page 129)".
Alarm messages in full screen mode
On the central touch screen, the charging station provides information in the event of a fault
with the corresponding message. Depending on the error message, there is additional
information and possible troubleshooting.
In the following figure you can see a message that was triggered by a DC shutdown.

Alarm messages in the alarm history

In the event of a fault, the charging station triggers an alarm and automatically performs
diagnostics. For each alarm, the charging station displays the following data in the "Alarm
history" menu:
• Alarm time
• Date when the alarm was triggered
• Alarm status
• Alarm message
