Internet access

The installer is responsible for a reliable Internet connection to the SICHARGE UC charging
system. You can connect the SICHARGE UC charging system to the Internet via mobile
communication or Ethernet.
If you plan to use a 3G/4G SIM card-based Internet connection, perform a network availability
analysis first.
NOTE
Only one Internet connection is needed
For the UC300, UC450 and UC600 charging stations, you connect only the parent charging
station to the Internet via mobile communication or an Ethernet cable. The child charging
stations are connected internally to the parent charging station.
Internet via mobile communications
By default the charging station has 2 routers installed for the Internet connection. The signal
strength must exceed -85 dBm. Measure the signal strength with a mobile signal meter and
not with a mobile phone. Suitable measuring instruments are, for example, SureCall devices
or the Squid-4G.
