Timing
Removing the chain tensioner
•
Unscrew the locking screws plus the
sealing gaskets, and take out the com-
plete chain tensioner.

Chain removal

FRONT CYLINDER
•
Remove the front cylinder.
•
Remove the movable chain tensioner
pad.
•
Remove the alternator.
•
Mark the timing chain with a colour dot
so as to refit it in the same direction of
rotation.
