Unscrew the countershaft nut.
•
Remove the spring washer and the
counterweight.
•
Unscrew the nut on the crankshaft us-
ing the specific tool.
•
Remove the spring washer and the pri-
mary transmission gear from the
crankshaft.
•
Remove the countershaft control gears
on the crankshaft and the countershaft.
Specific tooling
8140184 Bushing for removing primary trans-
mission nut
•
Remove the control gear of the rear
cylinder timing system.
