Federal Emissions Warranties
General
The Emissions Warranties set out on the fol-
lowing pages are warranties which the manu-
facturer is required by law to furnish to you at
the time you take delivery of your new ve-
hicle.

The owner of a vehicle certified for sale and
registered in California, Massachusetts, Ver-
mont or Maine, may, therefore, have war-
ranty rights under both Federal and State
mandated emissions warranties. The Sta te
sale in states o ther than Californ ia, Massa-
chusetts, Vermont, Maine or New York (as set
forth in the above paragraph) has rights only
under the Federal Emissions Warranty.
