CONTROLS AND EQUIPMENT
Using the system
Recommended standard setting for
all-year
operation:
Select
a
temperature of 72
Of
(22 Oc) and press AUTO button.
With
this
setting, you attain maximum
comfort in
the least amount
of time.
You
only
need
to
change this setting
to
meet
your
personal
needs.
Air outlets- see
page 102.
With the
ignition
switched on. the system
normally works
in
the
"AUTO"
mode.

The Climatronic* automatically maintains
the selected interior temperature.
In addition. the air temperature. fan speed
and air flow distribution are
maintained.
The system also adjusts
the
inside tempera·
ture even if the vehicle
has
been
left
stand·
ing in the sun. You do not
need
to adjust the
system
manually
and then switch it back to
"AUTO ."
