To identify yourself as a mem ber, simply
quote your Vehicle Identification Number
(VIN). This number can be found on your

o r you can find it on the driver's side o f the
dashboard visible through the windsh ield. 24
Hour Roadsid e Assistance is available to you
for the firs t four years of your n ew vehicle
ownership or 50,000 miles, which occurs
firs t.
The Volkswagen 24 Hour Roadside Assistance
Program includes the following emergency
roadside services: emergency towing, batLery
jump start, flat tire change, emergency fu el
service, lock-out service and extrica-
tion/winch service.
