Introduction
This section describes how to configure secondary ACD queues for voice
services such as Express Messaging and other voice services (such as voice
menus, automated attendants, and networking).

Meridian Mail numbering requirements are slightly different when the Guest
Voice Messaging option is installed. Refer to your System Administration Guide
(NTP 555–7001–30x) for details.

ACD data block
Meridian 1 customer number
Enter the DN of the voice service.
Note: This DN is required when configuring the
Meridian mail VSDN table
Set to YES for NMS satellite sites and multi–tenant
sites using multi–customer option; release 16 is
required. For Voice Services, set to NO.
Maximum number of positions
Enter the main DN for the primary queue for the
selected service. (If this is an NMS satellite site, use
network format.)
Press carriage return to the end of the overlay. (The
prompt REQ comes up.)
