Configuring a VT420 terminal
To configure a VT420 terminal, follow these steps.

Step Action
1 Press <
2 Change the values in each parameter field to match those
shown in " VT420 setup screens" on page 8-29.
Up and down arrow keys Move from field to field.
<Enter>
To move to another setup screen, select a screen from the top
line of the Setup Directory screen.
To move to the next setup screen, select To Next Set–Up on
any other setup screen.
3 To save changes, return to the Setup Directory screen, move
the cursor to the Save field, and press <Enter>.
