Overview

Introduction
This section describes the Meridian 1 configuration procedures needed for
Meridian Mail. The following table summarizes the principal actions performed
in each Meridian 1 configuration procedure.

provide an agent access to the
Meridian Mail service(s)
Configure a secondary DN for each
agent that will access the Meridian
Mail service via the primary DN

Configure an ACD set for each agent
using the primary DN, secondary
DN, and network loop number

Save the configuration made in
