Lock operation

Locking functions need to be activated in ETS parameter. Unlock can be executed either
by Group object via the KNX bus line or manually using physical rocker. To manually
unlock using physical rocker, the correct pair of buttons need to be press together for a
certain time duration to unlock the control element manually on site.
