11 INSTALL AND CONNECTIONS
Installing in a vehicle
R DANGER! NEVER place the transceiver where
airbag deployment may be obstructed
R WARNING! NEVER place the transceiver where
normal operation of the vehicle may be hindered or
where it could cause bodily injury
DO NOT place the transceiver where hot or cold air
blows directly onto it

DMounting the transceiver
You can install the transceiver on the dashboard or
the console of your vehicle with the supplied mounting
bracket
1 Drill 4 holes where the supplied mounting bracket
is to be installed
L Approximately 55 ~ 56 mm (021 ~ 022 inch)(d)
when using nuts, approximately 2 ~ 3 mm
(008 ~ 012 inch)(d) when using self-tapping screws
2 Insert the supplied screws, nuts, and washers
through the mounting bracket and tighten
3 Adjust the angle to suit your needs
