::chipscope::csejtag_tap navigate
This subcommand is used to change the state of the TAP of a device in the JTAG chain.
Note:
subcommand before calling this subcommand.
Syntax

Returns
An exception is thrown if the subcommand fails.
Example
Navigate the TAP state to Test Logic Reset and keep it in this state for five additional clock
cycles.

Description
Handle to the session that is returned by
::chipscope::csejtag_session create.
New state to navigate into.
Number of additional times to pulse the TCK pin
after entering the new state.
Number of microseconds to sleep after
navigating to the new state.
