Read specified init file at start up and write to the same file when the ChipScope Pro
Analyzer tool exits. The default is:
%userprofile%\.chipscope\cs_analyzer.ini
Write log messages to the specified file. Specifying stdout writes to standard output.
The default is: $HOME/.chipscope/cs_analyzer.log
