1. Check the system-event
log.
2. Check the PCI error
LEDs.
3. Remove the adapter
from the indicated PCI
slot.
4. Check for a server
firmware update.
Important: Some cluster
solutions require
specific code levels or
coordinated code
updates. If the device is
part of a cluster
solution, verify that the
latest level of code is
supported for the
cluster solution before
you update the code.
5. (Trained service
technician only) Replace
the system board.
1. Check the system-event

microprocessor error
LEDs.
3. Remove the failing
microprocessor from the
system board.
4. Check for a server
firmware update.
Important: Some cluster

5. Make sure that the two
microprocessors are
