If the sensor, controller or sensor cable is defective:
- If possible, save the current sensor settings in a parameter set to reload
them into the controller after the repair.
- Please send us the affected parts for repair or exchange.
If the cause of a fault cannot be clearly identified, please send the entire
measuring system to:
