Configuring your VTR settings

To configure your VTR for device control with DigiTools, you must:
1. Connect your VTR as explained in Chapter 2 of your Getting the
Most from DigiSuite manual.
2. Install DigiTools and the VTR driver as explained in the previous
chapter of this manual.
3. Start the DigiSuite Configuration program, click the

configure its settings for device control. Only VTRs that are compatible
with the Sony Betacam communications protocol are supported.

to your VTR, but be aware that it may not work correctly under
device control.

Accuracy From this list, select the frame accuracy of your VTR.
