buttons
All your cards are grouped into one or more card sets. Under the card set
tab, such as
Card Set 1
in the set. To configure a card, click its tab. To switch between card sets,
click the required card set tab.
The
tab displays basic information for a card set, and lets you

select a genlock source. The
Set 1 only if you installed the VTR driver. Use this tab to configure your
VTR for device control with DigiTools.
To restore the factory default settings for the current card set (that is, the
one whose tab is presently selected), click the
choose which settings you want to restore, such as only those for
DigiMix.
The
button lets you save your configuration settings to a .cfg file.

To apply those settings to the current card set, click the
select your .cfg file. Then select which settings you want from the file,
such as
, and click
DigiMix
Note
Once you've configured all your cards, it's a good idea to save
the settings for each card set to a .cfg file for backup purposes.

Making permanent or temporary settings

Unless you want your card configuration settings to be effective only for
the current work session, make sure you select
you deselect this option, any changes you make (except to VTR settings)
will be cleared the next time you start your system.
For example, if
Permanent Settings
the card configuration changes you've made will be saved only until you
reboot your computer. Once you reboot, your settings will be returned
to their previous state.

Changing default proc amp or audio gain settings

If you'd like any changes you make to proc amp or audio gain settings
in another program to have no effect on your default settings as defined
in the DigiSuite Configuration program, select
. This causes your default settings to automatically be restored

each time you start the DigiSuite Configuration program.
Alternately, if you don't select
you start the DigiSuite Configuration program you'll be notified if the
proc amp and/or audio gain settings were changed during the current
work session. You may then indicate whether or not you want to use those
settings as your new defaults.
