System BIOS settings
Chapter 2: Installing DigiMix
For DigiMix to function properly as a part of your PCI-based computer
system, you may have to change certain BIOS settings. The BIOS on
some PCI systems allows for enabling/disabling of interrupts, interrupt
selection, and enabling/disabling of bus mastering for individual slots.
Some newer systems determine the correct settings automatically, so you
need not worry about them. If your system is not automatic, it is essential
that you configure the slot you've chosen for DigiMix to the settings
outlined below.
The method for accessing the BIOS settings varies from one system to
another. Please refer to your computer system's manuals for the correct
procedure.
