a. Remove the riser slot screw (callout 1) and slot blank (callout 2).
Retain the slot blank and the screw for future use.
b. Install the boot device.
Make sure that the boot device is seated firmly in the slot.
15. Install the riser cage.
16. Install the access panel .
17. Install the server into the rack .
18. Connect all peripheral cables to the server.
19. Connect the power cords:
a. Connect each power cord to the server.
b. Connect each power cord to the power source.
20. Power up the server .
21. If removed, install the front bezel .

22. Deploy a supported operating system to the boot device drive.
