29. THREAD CUTTING TIMING (CONTROL CAM)
NOTE:
At top dead center of the take up lever (about 57°- 60°) the thread cutting process should be
securely finished.

Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(see 02.01. / Page 19).
Until chapter 29 appears on the display.

» Confirm.
Loosen screw of the control cam

Turn the machine with the mechanical hand wheel to its 57° position.
Turn the control cam until the thread cutting process is securely finished.

With attention to the control cam touching bushing
» Confirm to proceed to the next step.

INFO: The pedal is blocked. While
turning by hand the display shows the
machine position in degrees. Stitch
length is set to 0mm.
