NOTICE:
After this adjustment the position of the needle guard must be checked according to step 03.14.
NOTICE:
A wrongly adjusted needle bar height can cause skip stitches, thread breaking,
needle breaking and damage to the hook point.

NOTE:
At stitch length 0 the needle bar should be adjusted to position the hook point in the lower
third of the needle scarf. (0.8-1mm above needle eye).
STEP
Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(see 02.01. / Page 19).
» Until chapter 13 appears on the display.
» Confirm.
Turn the needle bar to the thread loop position when the
hook point is exactly in the middle axis of the needle scarf.
In this position loosen screw
Tighten screw .

» Confirm to proceed to the next step.

INFO: The pedal is blocked. While tur-
ning by hand the display shows the ma-
chine position in degrees. Stitch length
is set to 0mm.
