DESCRIPTION
Tilt the machine in order to check the condition of the
4 5 timing belts. The timing belts can be reached easily in
and .
this position.
The water level shouldn't rise to the level of the filter
cartridge
After unscrewing the drain screw
flow under pressure out of the water seperator
Dirt and condensation are seperated by the filter
cartridge
01. Disconnect the machine from the compressed air
supply.
02. Loosen the drain screw
There shouldn'd be any pressure in the machine
pneumatic system.
03. Unscrew the water seperator
04. Unscrew the filter cartridge
Wash the filter shell and cartridge with cleaning
fluid (no solvent) and blast clean.
05. Reassemble the maintenance unit.
