20. HOOK OIL SUPPLY
NOTE:
The hook should always be supplied with enough oil. Too little oil supply of the hook leads to
increased noise and reduced seam quality. Too much oil causes staining of the sewing
material.

While running the machine, put a paper strip beside the hook with UTMOST CAUTION.

Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(see 02.01. / Page 19).
» Until chapter 20 appears on the display.
» Confirm.
Press the pedal.
After 10 seconds the stripe should lightly be sprayed with oil.
To adjust the amount of oil turn the screw
Turn the screw counter clockwise out.
Turn the screw clockwise in.
» Confirm to proceed to the next step.

DESCRIPTION
INFO: Stitch length and top feed stro-
ke are set to 0mm, Footlift moves to
5mm. Machine can be controlled with
the pedal up to it´s maximum speed.
The hook cover protection is disabled.
