15. ADJUSTMENT OF THE FEED DOG POSITION INSIDE THE STITCH PLATE
NOTE:
At stitch length 0 the feed dog should be positioned in the middle of the hole in both direc-
tions, as shown in image 3.

STEP
Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(see 02.01. / Page 19).
» Until chapter 15 appears on the display.
» Confirm.
Loosen screw and screws

While screwing the feed dog with its screws make sure that they are in the middle of their
hole.
Tighten the stitch plate to the machine.
By using the mechanical handwheel, turn the needle bar with the gauge pin
into the needle hole.
Move the feed dog carrier
the needle hole.
Make sure that the feed dog is not touching the stitch plate. Tighten screws
» Confirm to proceed to the next step.
