MAINTENANCE WORK
MACHINE HEAD
Remove lint, pieces of thread
and other debris
(e.g. with an air blow gun).
NOTICE:
Hold the air blow gun in a way that the lint is not blown into the oil collector.

Clean fan grill of the main drive
(e.g. with an air blow gun)
WARNING!
Push the X-BUTTON on the machine head, the red light illuminates showing the
active BLOCKED MODE, or turn the power from the machine o . Failure to comply
produces a risk of injury in case of an unintentional machine operation.
NOTICE:
Maintenance work must be carried out no less frequently than the intervals given
in the OPERATING HOURS column of the table.
The intervals may need to be shorter when processing heavy-shedding materials.

» area under the stitch plate
» area around the the hook
» bobbin housing
» feeders
» thread trimmer
» needle area
Remove lint and pieces of thread from air-intake
openings.
