Dedicated roller sets are available for maintenance of the XTS
mover AT9014‑0055‑x550. A roller set contains all the components
required for replacement.
One time roller replacement
To ensure high availability of the system, the rollers of the
AT9014-0055-x550 mover may only be replaced once. Instead of a
second roller replacement, the entire mover must be replaced.
To replace the guide rollers on the AT9014-0055-x550, you will
need a roller set with order number ZX9014-0055.
Check missing or damaged parts
Check your delivery for completeness. If any parts are missing or
became damaged during transport, contact the carrier, vendor or
our service department immediately.
In roller set ZX9014-0055 the guide rollers are not pre-assembled
and must be sorted according to their color assignment and position
before assembly in accordance with the following figure:
