6.4.5. Boot Setup Menu

The Boot Setup menu lists sub-screens of the functions supported within the Boot setup menu.

The following table shows the Boot Setup sub-screens and functions and describes the content. Default settings are
in bold.

Sub-screen Description
Setup Prompt Number of seconds that the firmware waits for setup activation key
Timeout> The value 65535(FFFFh) means an indefinite wait. [1]
Bootup NumLock Selects keyboard NumLock state.

Quiet Boot> Quiet Boot
[Enabled, Disabled]
Boot Option Priorities:
Boot Option #1> Sets the system boot order
[UEFI: Built in EFI Shell, Windows Boot manager (PO : CT120BX500SSD1), Disabled]
Boot Option #2> Sets the system boot order
[UEFI: Built in EFI Shell, Windows Boot Manager (PO : CT120BX500SSD1), Disabled]
Fast Boot> Enables or disables Boot with initialization of a minimal set of devices required to launch
active boot option. Has no effect for BBS Boot option.
