    RMA number. The buyer accepts responsibility for all freight charges for the return of goods to Kontron's designated facility. Kontron will pay the return freight charges back to the buyer's location in the event that the equipment is repaired or replaced within the stipulated warranty period. Follow these steps before returning any product to Kontron.
  • Page 54 The goods for repair must be packed properly for shipping, considering shock and ESD protection. Goods returned to Kontron Europe GmbH in non-proper packaging will be considered as customer caused faults and cannot be accepted as warranty repairs. Include the RMA-Number with the shipping paperwork and send the product to the delivery address provided in the RMA form or received from Kontron RMA Support.
