Skills needed to perform exercise: Up Stretch Combo, Elephant
with One Leg, Swan—Mat, Pull-Up—Wunda Chair, holding
starting position on 1 spring
Starting Position
» Stand facing the tower a little more than an arms-length away
» Place the hands on the rollback bar, thumbs on the opposite
side of the fingers
Focus
» Opens the chest
» Engages the back
» Stretches the neck
» Assisted with the breath
Movement Sequence
» Inhale and bring the bar to the thighs and lift the upper rib cage
» Hold the breath - turn the head to the right, turn the head to
the left
» Exhale as you bring the head center and return the bar to the
first position
» On the next repetition, turn the head to the left then to the right
