1.1 Introduction
Mobile enforcement system (hereinafter referred to as system) mainly consists of mobile
enforcement video recorder (hereinafter referred to as recorder), positioning system lite, manual
controller, and LCD monitor. The recorder adopts multiple key technology, including local video
storage, 3G/4G dialing, wireless network transmission, satellite positioning, remote control, and
light supplement, meeting the demand of all-day enforcement.
The system is widely applied to police vans, special vehicles, emergency scenes, etc. It provides a
complete solution for traffic violation enforcement, security protection, emergency commanding,
and other surveillance projects.

• H.265 video compression for main stream and sub-stream.
• Pluggable 3G/4G module and Wi-Fi module providing flexible data transmission solutions.
