Mobile Enforcement System User Manual Chapter 1 Product Introduction 1.1 Introduction Mobile enforcement system (hereinafter referred to as system) mainly consists of mobile enforcement video recorder (hereinafter referred to as recorder), positioning system lite, manual controller, and LCD monitor. The recorder adopts multiple key technology, including local video storage, 3G/4G dialing, wireless network transmission, satellite positioning, remote control, and light supplement, meeting the demand of all-day enforcement.

The device supports multiple activation methods.
