Maintenance record

The manufacturer of the lifting magnet recommends keeping a maintenance record for the lifting system. The main-
tenance record is used for noting down and monitoring all work and maintenance carried out on the lifting magnet,
whereby it is evident who was responsible for the individual tasks.
Example for a table in the maintenance record:

NOTE!
Natural ageing of the battery during its life cycle reduces the maximum
charging capacity. This means that differences can occur in the displayed
battery state of charge after the battery has been used (magnet activation)
due to a voltage drop. This, however, is a difference in the range of only a
few per cent.
