5. Transport

- For transport the counter weights shall be removed and transported separately.
- Lifting arm shall be separated from the guide at the vertical support. The guide must
remain mounted to the vertical support.
- Transport the Systems-lift on it's side on a stable base (Euro-Pallet).
The Systems-lift shall be positioned in such a way so that the vertical beam can be
additionally supported. To prevent any shifting during transportation additional straps shall
be used.
Battery is protected against fluid loss.
- The Systems-lift can also be transported
vertically. Secure the Systems-lift with
straps to prevent tipping over.

6. Maintenance

Daily:
- Check whether green-load control-LED is blinking during charging!
- Check whether green-load control-LED is lighting continuously after charging cycle.
- Function test of both top and lower end stops.
- Check the bolted connection between lift arm and the mounted pallet lifter.
Monthly:
- Check the wheels on any damages and/or free running function
- Check function of wheel brake
- Check function of the load sensors on top of the front legs. (emergency stop)
- Check all bolted connections between vertical support, lift arm and pallet lifter.
