Emissions into the environment

Operation of the lifting magnet does not generate any emissions.
3.5

Illumination and visibility in the work area

Sufficient illumination of the work area is required for operation of the lifting magnet. The illumination must make it
possible for operating personnel to carry out all actions and checks during handling correctly.
3.6

Noise

The noise generated by the actual lifting magnet does not exceed the permissible values, but the lifting magnet
works with materials that can generate noise during handling.
3.7

Vibrations

Regular operation of the lifting magnet does not generate any vibrations, with the exception of demagnetising the
attracted material at the end of the handling process.
3.8

Restrictions on operation

3.8.1
12 V DC power supply battery
Use only the fgFORTE Deep Cycle AGM batteries recommended in section 3.2 for the respective product types.
CAUTION!
When replacing the battery, the new battery has to have a higher voltage than 12.3 V, as otherwise the lifting
magnet cannot be started up.
NOTE!
The operating company is obligated to carry out noise measurements in the
work area.
CAUTION!
If a different battery type is used, the bar for the battery state of charge
(remaining capacity) is not displayed correctly.
