Version 1.0
Risk of crushing!
Risk of crushing fingers, with potential permanent consequences from crush-
ing in the area of the lifting eye.
Do not place your hands in the area of the lifting eye.
Wear safety gloves.
Risk of injury!
Risk of spontaneous attraction resulting in injury during handling with the
lifting magnet activated.
Do not move any body parts underneath the activated lifting magnet.
Note that ferromagnetic materials can be spontaneously attracted by the
magnetic field, especially in the following cases:
– When using the TIP-OFF function: After completing the work in this
mode, the magnet can remain without load but with 100 % power.
– If the load to be handled is too thin: Magnetic force lines penetrate the
load and can attract another piece of material to the magnet.
Risk of injury!
Risk of impact against the body resulting in injury.
Do not leave suspended loads/lifting magnets without supervision.
Observe the information in these operating instructions.
Risk of falling due to incorrect attachment!
Risk of the load falling resulting in injury with permanent consequences or
death due to incorrect attachment.
Use only tested load attachment gear for attaching the load to the crane.
Observe the information in these operating instructions.
Risk of injury from magnetic fields!
Hazardous magnetic fields resulting in injury with permanent consequences
or death due to damage to a pacemaker or attraction of a prosthetic.
Prevent unauthorised persons from accessing the area where the magnetic
field occurs.
Obtain medical advice.
Observe the information in these operating instructions. Identify areas
where the magnetic fields occur (safety distance at least 5 m).
Risk of injury!
Risk of a cutting injury when cleaning the functional surfaces of the machine.
Do not work without PPE (see section 2.3).
Use safety gloves.
Use cleaning agents (wire brush, file, etc.).
